Information and Facts:

Interesting Facts:

The Smell of Freshly Cut Grass is actually a Plants Distress Call.

The lovely scent of cut grass is the reek of plant anguish: When attacked, plants release airborne chemical compounds. Now scientists say plants can use these compounds almost like language, notifying nearby creatures who can "rescue" them from insect attacks.

Grass's Benefits:
Grass keeps you home cooler. It lowers the surface temperature around your home by 30-40 degrees and its 50-70 degrees cooler than driveways and sidewalks

A variety of species of Grass even exist at the freeziest pole of the earth as to the baking equator

Even a smaller sized lawn (50 ft. x 50 ft.) daily releases enough oxygen to meet the needs of a family of four for 24 hours and absorbs carbon dioxide, ozone, hydrogen fluoride and other toxins

Home lawns help purify water entering underground aquifers because root mass and soil microbes act as a filter to capture and breakdown many types of pollutants

Sprinkler Days:

Irrigation is prohibited during the times of 8am to 6pm.

All of our equipment is Mulching. Meaning:

"Mulching" mower is a bit of a misnomer. They don’t make mulch; if anything, the product they leave behind is more of a "compost" than anything.

The grass clippings left behind by a mulching mower essentially function as a lawn fertilizer, as if you were applying compost to the lawn. For this reason, it makes more sense for most urban and suburban homeowners to use a mulching mower, rather than bagging their grass clippings and dumping them in the compost pile. Essentially, mulching mowers eliminate the "middle-man," namely, the compost pile, instead providing you with compost directly. This means less work for you.

Mulching mowers are designed so as to leave behind finely shredded grass clippings. Such clippings can be left on the lawn with impunity. By contrast, because lawn mowers without mulching capabilities produce clippings that are bulkier and readily mat together, their clippings need to be removed from the lawn, so that the grass doesn’t suffocate under them.
